📖 About This Course
Do you feel drained by modern life? Reclaim your vitality with the "Diamond Body" practice. This is not just another exercise routine. It is a rare glimpse into the secret world of Daoist longevity. Taught by the legendary Grandmaster Zhang Zhishun—who lived with incredible agility and clarity until the age of 104—this course offers a time-tested antidote to stress and fatigue. While Western workouts often focus on burning calories, Daoist Longevity Qigong (Nei Ba Bu) focuses on preserving and circulating your life force energy (Qi). Through gentle, rhythmic movements, you will learn to massage your internal organs, lubricate your joints, and quiet your mind. It is a moving meditation that builds a body that is "soft as cotton on the outside, but strong as a diamond on the inside."
🏥 The Course is based on human body theory of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine):
How You Will Learn (The Dual-Teaching Method)
We designed this course to give you both precision and spirit. You will receive:
- The "Form" (4K Definition): Daoist Master Xu Lihui provides crystal-clear, high-definition breakdowns of every movement. You will see exactly how to place your feet, align your spine, and coordinate your breath. Perfect for beginners.
- The "Spirit" (Archival Masterclass): Watch rare footage of Grandmaster Zhang himself. He explains the internal feeling—the "Qi"—behind the moves. This is the secret sauce that turns simple movements into medicine.
Curriculum Breakdown
The 8 movements are structured to heal the body from the inside out:
Phase 1: Activation (Movements 1-2)
We begin by "waking up" the body's energy system. You will learn the ancient technique of "Swallowing the Golden Elixir" to boost immunity and digestion, followed by spinal movements to open the main energy channels (Ren & Du meridians).
Phase 2: Internal Massage (Movements 3-6)
These core movements target the five major organs. Unlike gym exercises that only work muscles, these rotating and stretching postures gently massage the liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys, promoting detoxification and deep circulation.
Phase 3: Grounding & Storage (Movements 7-8)
The practice concludes by balancing your nervous system. You will learn to stabilize your focus (like a White Crane) and finally store the generated energy deep within your body, leaving you feeling calm, grounded, and recharged for the day.
Who is Grandmaster Zhang?
Known as the "Old Man of the Mountains," Zhang Zhishun was a lineage holder of the Dragon Gate sect of Daoism. His life was a testament to the power of these practices—remaining disease-free and energetically vibrant for over a century.
